Each row is one AI agent voice; each column is the full recording of a scripted phone call. The bank agent is on the left channel and our AI agent is on the right. The bank's side is identical across a column; only our agent's voice changes. Names are hidden, and the order is shuffled uniquely for you: it stays the same each time you return, and other people see a different order. The "On its own" column has each voice reading a short script by itself for about 30 seconds; it's just for listening and isn't needed to pick.
